FAQ

Everything you need to know about joining us for the first time.

  • What are your services like?

Our services are 80 minutes long. Doors open at 9:45 AM and service begins at 10:00.

Each service starts with live music as we sing uplifting songs of praise and worship to God together. Following the music, you’ll hear an inspiring message from the Bible. Before you head home, make sure to grab a coffee or tea at our cafe and make a new friend in the lobby!

  • What will happen when I visit for the first time?

You'll be greeted by the friendliest people on earth—our host team. Our host team will help you find a seat in the main theatre or point you to Cities Kids, where you can drop off your little ones before heading into the service.

After service, we’ll have hosts at our ‘New Here’ booth to answer any questions you may have or help you take your next step in getting connected with our church.

  • Is parking available?

We have three main parking areas available:

    1. The Indigo lot on Spence & St. Mary Ave. across from Elim Chapel.

    2. Side-street parking on Spence St. & Young St.

    3. Elim Chapel’s main parking — reserved for seniors, those with disabilities & young families.

  • What should I wear?

At Cities Church, you'll see everything from suits to t-shirts and shorts. Wear what you feel comfortable in—we're happy you're here!
